Terms of Service
Last updated: 26.07.2026
These terms govern your use of אנרגיה סולארית and any purchase of a subscription or credits within it. The service is operated and sold by Daniel Iliyaguev · address: Efal 21, Holon, Israel · email: [email protected] · phone: +972503225566. Purchasing or using the service constitutes full acceptance of the terms below.
1. What is sold
The service is a professional cloud tool for solar installers and trade professionals: AI-assisted roof design, branded quote generation, competitor-quote analysis, client and project management, and a marketing website for the business. Two kinds of purchase are offered:
- Monthly subscription — the right to use the tools included in the chosen package for the billing period purchased, renewing period to period until cancelled.
- Credit packages — prepaid units of use (“credits”) consumed when AI actions run, such as roof detection, image enhancement or rendering a visualisation. The credit cost of each action is shown in the service before it runs.
This is a digital service only. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped. The service does not include installation, electrical work, permitting or grid connection.
2. Age limit and capacity
Registration and purchase are permitted to those aged 18 or over with the legal capacity to enter into a contract. A purchaser acting for a business or company confirms they are authorised to bind it to this agreement. Use of the service by anyone under 18 is not permitted.
3. Registration, account and approval
Using the service requires an account with a name, email address and phone number. A new account may await our approval before activation, and we may decline or suspend an account that breaches these terms. An account is for a single business; login details belong to the account holder and must not be shared. The account holder is responsible for everything done under their account.
4. Prices, payment and invoicing
Prices are stated in Israeli new shekels. The binding price is the one displayed on the purchase page at the time of the transaction. Payment is made by credit card or bit through an external secure payment provider; card details are supplied directly to that provider and are not stored by us. A subscription is charged at the start of each billing period; a credit package is charged once at purchase. An invoice or receipt is sent to the account email address and is also available on the billing page inside the service.
We may update prices. A price change on a running subscription takes effect only from the next billing period, after advance notice by email, so you can cancel before renewal if you do not agree.
5. Supply of service policy
Supply is digital and immediate. Once the payment provider confirms the payment, access to the package's tools opens and any purchased credits are added to the account balance — usually within minutes. Where a payment requires manual review or verification, supply is completed within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed. No physical delivery is required and no shipping fees are charged. If access has not opened or credits have not been added after a confirmed payment, contact us and we will complete the supply or refund that purchase.
6. Cancellation and refunds
This policy reflects the rights the law provides for a product of this kind:
- Credits and digital content — credits are “information” as defined in the Computers Law, 1995, and therefore fall within the exemption in section 14C(d)(3) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981: a remote sale of information carries no 14-day right of cancellation. Purchased credits cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another account.
- Subscription — a subscription is an ongoing transaction and may be cancelled at any time. Under section 13D of the Consumer Protection Law, cancellation takes effect within three business days of the notice being given (six business days if sent by registered post), and from that point no further subscription charges are made. No refund is given for a subscription period already supplied or for the used portion of the current period.
- On cancellation, access to the tools closes at the end of the period already paid for. Any unused credit balance is not refunded in money.
A cancellation notice may be given through the cancellation form on the site, by email, by phone, or at the place of business. The notice should state your name, your ID number and the account it concerns. None of the above limits our right to payment for a service already supplied, or any remedy available to us by law.
7. Privacy and data retention
We collect and use the details you give us — name, email, phone and business details — to open the account, run the service, charge you, issue invoices and answer enquiries. The client details, addresses and designs you enter into the service are stored in your account, isolated from other accounts, and used by us solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties except as needed to run the service (payment and invoicing provider, hosting provider, email provider, and image and text model providers) or where required by law. Data is held on secured servers, access is scoped per account, and passwords are stored encrypted and are not visible to us. You may ask to access your data, correct it, or delete the account by contacting us. The full detail — categories of data, how and how long it is stored, and your rights — is in the privacy policy.
8. Liability and its limits
The service is a design and sales aid. It is not a substitute for an engineering design, a structural assessment, an approved electrical design, or professional or legal advice. AI outputs — roof detection, dimensions, tilts, panel layout, visualisations and production or revenue forecasts — are estimates derived from aerial imagery, mapping data and external models (including PVGIS), and may contain errors or diverge from conditions on site. Checking the outputs, confirming they suit the site and Israeli standards, and standing behind any quote or document you send your own clients, is your responsibility as the professional supplying that client.
The service is provided AS IS. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, lost revenue, a lost client, or business loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs. In any event our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event. None of the above limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Your content and data
The data you upload to the service — client details, imagery, documents, prices and quotes — remains yours. You confirm that you are entitled to upload it and that you have obtained the consents your clients' details require for their transfer and processing on your behalf. We process that data for you and on your instruction, in order to operate the service. If the account is deleted, the data is deleted within a reasonable time, other than documents we are required by law to retain (invoices, for example).
10. Intellectual property
All rights in the service — the code, interface, calculation engines, quote templates and website templates, the name and the logo — belong to us or to our licensors and are not transferred to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the subscription period only. The quotes and documents you produce in the service are yours to use commercially with your clients. You may not copy, reproduce, disassemble, reverse-engineer, sell, rent or make the service available to a third party, nor use it to provide a competing service. Third-party images and content included in the service are used under licence, and other parties' trademarks remain the property of their owners.
11. Prohibited use
The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to reach other accounts or circumvent usage limits, do not scrape or harvest data from the service automatically, and do not load it in a way that could harm its availability for other users. Breach of this clause may lead to the account being blocked without refund.
12. Availability, support and changes to the service
We aim for continuous availability, but the service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or updates, or for reasons outside our control, including failures at infrastructure, mapping or external model providers. We may add, change or discontinue features. A material change that undermines the core of the package you bought will be notified in advance, and you may cancel the subscription as described in clause 6.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, and the date it was last updated appears at the top. A material change will be notified by email or on your next sign-in.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any use of the service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
15. Contact
For any question, request or complaint about these terms, a purchase or a cancellation, contact Daniel Iliyaguev, Efal 21, Holon, Israel, by email at [email protected], by phone at +972503225566.
