Cancel a transaction
A subscription can be cancelled at any time, straight from this page. Submitting the form constitutes giving notice of cancellation, and we will act on it within the time the law allows.
What happens after you send the notice
This is the cancellation policy, reflecting the rights the law provides for a product of this kind:
- Subscription — an ongoing transaction that can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect within three business days of the notice being given, and from that point no further subscription charges are made. No refund is given for a period already supplied or for the used portion of the current period.
- Credits — credits are “information” as defined in the Computers Law, so the exemption in section 14C(d)(3) of the Consumer Protection Law applies: there is no 14-day right of cancellation, and they cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Access to the tools stays open until the end of the period already paid for, and closes after that. The designs and clients you created remain in the account.
